What It Does

Auto-fill automatically schedules topics to your content calendar 30 days in advance on a rolling basis.

How Topics Are Selected

Priority: Opportunity score (High β†’ Medium β†’ Low)

The system:

  1. Looks at unscheduled topics in your queue

  2. Selects the highest-opportunity topics

  3. Schedules them according to your publishing days and times

  4. Continues until the next 30 days are filled (within your monthly article limit)

Example

Your settings:

  • Plan: Pro (4 articles/month)

  • Publishing days: Monday, Wednesday

  • Publishing time: 09:00 AM

What happens:

  • Auto-fill schedules 4 highest-opportunity topics

  • Distributed across Mondays and Wednesdays

  • At 09:00 AM on each date

  • Covering the next 30 days

When Auto-Fill Runs

  • Initial: When you enable auto-fill for the first time

  • Rolling: Automatically adds new topics as articles publish

  • Daily check: System checks if calendar needs filling at 00:00 UTC
