How Does the Auto-Fill Calendar Work?

Auto-fill keeps your content calendar filled 30 days ahead, so you never have to schedule articles yourself. Available on Pro and higher.

How it picks topics

It takes your unscheduled topics, highest Opportunity first, and places them on your publishing days and time until the next 30 days are full, within your monthly article limit.

Example: on Pro (4 articles a month) with publishing set to Monday and Wednesday at 09:00, auto-fill schedules your 4 best topics across the Mondays and Wednesdays of the next 30 days, each at 09:00.

When it runs

Right after you turn it on, then once a day (00:00 UTC). As articles publish, it adds new topics to keep the next 30 days filled.

Turn it on or off

Go to Content Settings, check or uncheck Auto-fill calendar, and click Save.

You stay in control: you can still remove auto-scheduled topics, move them to other dates, or edit them before they're generated. Auto-fill never overrides your manual choices.
