What It Does
Auto-fill automatically schedules topics to your content calendar 30 days in advance on a rolling basis.
How Topics Are Selected
Priority: Opportunity score (High β Medium β Low)
The system:
Looks at unscheduled topics in your queue
Selects the highest-opportunity topics
Schedules them according to your publishing days and times
Continues until the next 30 days are filled (within your monthly article limit)
Example
Your settings:
Plan: Pro (4 articles/month)
Publishing days: Monday, Wednesday
Publishing time: 09:00 AM
What happens:
Auto-fill schedules 4 highest-opportunity topics
Distributed across Mondays and Wednesdays
At 09:00 AM on each date
Covering the next 30 days
When Auto-Fill Runs
Initial: When you enable auto-fill for the first time
Rolling: Automatically adds new topics as articles publish
Daily check: System checks if calendar needs filling at 00:00 UTC
