How AI credits work during your trial and after upgrading

When you install StoreRank, you get a 14-day free trial with 250 AI credits on the Pro, Growth and Scale plan. That's enough to optimize around 50 products and see how the app works before committing to a paid plan.

During your trial

Your 250 trial credits can be used across any AI feature that consumes credits, including product content optimization and FAQ generation. You'll see your credit usage in the orange banner inside AI Content Optimizer, so you always know where you stand.

If you hit the 250 credit limit before your trial ends, you'll see a prompt to activate your plan early. This unlocks your monthly credits immediately so you can keep optimizing without waiting.

What happens when your trial ends

Your plan activates automatically on after day 14 unless you cancel before then. When it activates, you get your full monthly credits. Any credits you used during the trial are deducted from this amount, so if you used 170 trial credits, you'll start your paid plan with 580 credits available. Credits reset to the full 750 at the start of your next billing cycle.

Activating early

You can activate your plan any time during the trial from two places:

• The banner inside AI Content Optimizer

• Usage & Billing Settings in the app menu

Activating early ends your trial immediately and starts your monthly billing cycle from that day. Your credits become available right away.

Credit reset cycle

Once you're on a paid plan, your credits reset to the full plan amount at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over.

Need more credits?

If you regularly run out of monthly credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan from Usage & Billing Settings. Reach out via support chat if you'd like a recommendation based on your catalog size.
