How does the Sentiment Analysis work?
See how AI platforms talk about your brand, and what to do when it isn't positive.

Every time AI mentions your brand in an answer, we classify how it talks about you:
Positive: recommends you, praises quality or benefits ("highly rated", "a great choice for…").
Neutral: mentions you factually, without an opinion (you're on a list, or "they sell X").
Negative: raises concerns, like price, shipping, quality, or customer service complaints.
You'll see an overall Brand Sentiment plus sentiment per platform and per prompt in AI & Search Visibility.
Mostly neutral?
That's common, and it's the biggest opportunity. AI knows you exist but has no reason to recommend you. Give it one: make your product content specific about benefits, certifications, and who it's for, and get reviewed on the sites AI cites.
Negative?
Open Responses for the prompts with negative sentiment and find the exact complaint.
Check Citations to see which source it comes from, often a review site or Reddit thread.
Fix it at the source: solve the real issue, respond to the reviews, and address the concern clearly in your FAQs and product content.
Sentiment can differ per platform because each one uses different sources. Look at the trend over weeks, not a single run.
