AI Crawler Access Shows as Blocked

Issue

The AI Crawler Access section indicates that your store is blocked, or AI bots cannot crawl your site.

Solution

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App Embeds.

  2. Make sure StoreRank AI Search Optimizer is enabled.

  3. Click Save to ensure the embed is active.

  4. Refresh the AI Crawler Access page.

Note: This ensures that AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude can access your content and index it correctly.

Additional Checks

If the issue persists:

  • Check your robots.txt file manually to ensure it is not blocking AI bots.

  • Review any other Shopify plugins or apps that might restrict access to your store content.
