How to Cancel or Manage Your StoreRank.ai Subscription

All billing runs through Shopify. Here's how to change your plan, cancel, or request a refund.

All StoreRank billing runs through Shopify. No separate invoices or payment details.

Change your plan

Go to StoreRank → Settings → Usage & Billing, choose a new plan, and confirm. Shopify updates your subscription automatically.

Cancel

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.

  2. Find StoreRank.ai and click Uninstall.

  3. Confirm.

Uninstalling cancels your subscription and stops future charges. Shopify may still process a charge for a billing period that has already started.
