How to Cancel or Manage Your StoreRank.ai Subscription

All billing for StoreRank.ai runs through the Shopify App Store. This means you never have to worry about separate invoices, payment methods, or billing systems. Everything is handled inside your Shopify admin.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you’d like to uninstall or cancel StoreRank.ai, here’s how:

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.

  2. Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.

  3. Find StoreRank.ai in the list of installed apps.

  4. Click Uninstall.

  5. Shopify will ask you to confirm the removal — once you confirm, your subscription is canceled immediately.

Note: When you uninstall the app, Shopify automatically stops all future charges. You won’t be billed again unless you reinstall.


Managing Your Subscription

If you want to update your billing plan, you can do that directly from the Shopify App Store:

  1. Go to Apps → StoreRank.ai in your Shopify Admin.

  2. Open the App Subscription section.

  3. Choose Change Plan (upgrade or downgrade).

  4. Shopify will update your subscription and adjust charges automatically.


Refunds & Pro-Rated Charges

  • If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, Shopify may apply a pro-rated credit to your account, depending on your region and Shopify’s billing policies.

  • StoreRank.ai cannot issue refunds directly — everything goes through Shopify’s billing system.
