Product stuck in “Processing” for a long time

What’s happening?

In rare cases, a product can remain stuck in Processing longer than expected. This usually happens when there’s a temporary delay or timeout while waiting for the AI optimization response (for example, during peak load).

Nothing is broken, the optimization just didn’t fully complete.

How to fix it (quickly)

You can resolve this in a few seconds by re-running the optimization:

  1. Go to AI Content Optimizer in StoreRank.ai

  2. Find the product(s) that are stuck in Processing

  3. Select them using the [✓] checkbox on the left

  4. Click Optimize Selected at the top of the list

  5. The optimization will restart and complete normally

This immediately clears the stuck state and finishes the optimization process StoreRank.ai Content.

  • Re-optimizing is safe and won’t duplicate content or schema
