How to Display FAQs on Your Product Pages

After generating AI-optimized FAQs in StoreRank, you'll want to display them on your product pages where customers can see them. This guide shows you exactly how to add the FAQ section to your Shopify theme.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Your Theme Editor

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store β†’ Themes

  2. Find your current (published) theme

  3. Click the Customize button

Step 2: Navigate to Product Template

  1. At the top of the theme editor, click the home page dropdown

  2. Select Products from the menu

  3. Choose Default product (this applies to all product pages)

Step 3: Add the FAQ Section

  1. In the left sidebar, scroll down and click Add section

  2. Click on the Apps tab in the popup

  3. Find and select StoreRank Product FAQs

  4. The FAQ section will be added to your product page

Step 4: Position Your FAQs

  1. Drag the FAQ section up or down to position it where you want

    • Recommended: Below product description, above reviews

    • Alternative: Below "Add to Cart" button

  2. Click the FAQ section to customize display options (optional)

Step 5: Save Your Changes

  1. Click Save in the top-right corner

  2. Your FAQs will now appear on all product pages that have generated FAQs

Once added, click on the FAQ section to access these options:

  • Heading text (default: "Frequently Asked Questions")

Troubleshooting

"I don't see StoreRank Product FAQs in the Apps section"

Solution: Make sure you've activated the app embed first:

  1. Go to Online Store β†’ Themes β†’ Customize

  2. Click App embeds in the left sidebar

  3. Enable StoreRank AI Optimizer

  4. Save and try adding the FAQ section again

"FAQs aren't showing on my product pages"

Check these:

  1. Have you generated FAQs for those specific products?

  2. Did you save the theme after adding the section?

  3. Is the app embed activated?
