How to Export, Edit, and Bulk Publish Optimized Product Content (CSV)

Prefer editing in a spreadsheet? Export optimized content to CSV, edit it in Excel or Google Sheets, import it back, and publish in bulk. Handy for adjusting tone across many products or reviewing with your team.

Step 1: Export

1. In AI Product Optimizer, select the products you want (filter on In Review to get the ones with generated content).

2. Click Export Selected and download the CSV.

Step 2: Edit the optimized columns only

The CSV has both your original and your optimized content. Only the optimized columns get published:

• Edit these: optimizedTitle, optimizedDescription, optimizedMetaTitle, optimizedMetaDescription, optimizedFeaturedImageAltText, generatedFAQs, optimizedProduct

• Leave these alone: title, description, metaTitle, metaDescription, featuredImageAltText (your originals)

If a field contains HTML like <p> or <ul>, only change the text between the tags. Don't remove or move the tags.

Step 3: Import

Back in AI Product Optimizer, go to More actions → Import and upload your CSV. It replaces the optimized fields for those products.

Step 4: Publish

Select the products you edited and click Publish Selected. Done.
