How AI credits work during your trial and after upgrading

On the Pro, Growth, and Scale plans you start with a 14-day free trial and 250 AI credits. That's enough to optimize around 50 products.

During your trial

Use your 250 credits on any AI feature, like product optimization and FAQs. Your usage shows in the banner in the AI Product Optimizer. Run out early? Activate your plan to unlock your full monthly credits right away.

When your trial ends

Your plan activates automatically after day 14, unless you cancel. You get your monthly credits minus what you used during the trial. Example: on a 750-credit plan, if you used 170 trial credits, you start with 580. At your next billing cycle you get the full 750 again.

Activate early

Activate any time from the banner in the AI Product Optimizer or from Settings → Usage & Billing. Your trial ends, billing starts that day, and your credits are available immediately.

Monthly reset

Credits reset to your full plan amount at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over. Regularly running out? Upgrade in Usage & Billing, or ask us in live chat which plan fits your catalog.
